My creative journey started in the animation industry chasing a childhood dream to work for the “Mouse” at Walt Disney Studios. After years of working in traditional animation, I decided to expand my skill set by studying motion graphics and entertainment design. From there, I found myself intrigued by the world of communication design and brand experience and set out to earn my degree from Art Center College of Design in California.

After graduation, I moved to New York City to pursue a career as a brand designer. My favorite part of design is integrating endless mediums (visual, auditory, sound, space, touch, experiential) into creative ideas to tell a story. I learned that design at its best, isn’t just about the visuals. It is a full sensory experience which truly shapes the essence of a product, service, or organization. 

After over a decade of working in agencies, I decided to take a few months off. A “few months” became an unexpected, unfolding creative journey of a “few years” where I fell in love with my camera and captured NYC from “above” by helicopter and “below” in the everyday hustle and bustle of the city streets, the underground subways, and the Fashion Week runways.
